As a technology company, we want to show people in genuine, unstaged situations that reflect the spirit of VNG. When looking for images of people, they should be:

• Natural, with subject(s) looking relaxed and unposed
• Clean and uncluttered, with the subject(s) in focus
• Groups of people and close-ups of individuals to avoid polarising viewers
• Natural lighting (use daylighting, photography lighting equipment and avoid overexposure or high contrast. For example: photos are taken at night but has lighting edited into daylight).
• Orange tones wherever possible For portrait photography, avoid cropping over the forehead, head, below the chin.
