Unlike previous years, the "Outstanding Fintech Company 2024" category was evaluated based on surveys of both users and businesses. The survey's objective was to discover and honor enterprises with innovative products and services that enhance retail efficiency and overall banking activities.
In July 2024, Zalopay officially unveiled a new brand identity and introduced its latest app version featuring prominent functionalities such as: Payment for all services from diverse sources of funds (banking apps, international cards, Apple Pay); Rewards exchange for user privileges; A diverse range of 6 financial products to enable flexible usage of small amounts of money.
